When is payment due? How can I pay?
A 20% deposit payable by debit or credit card secures your Villa Luxe booking. Two months before arrival, the remaining (or full) balance is due and you are automatically sent an email reminder as well as a payment request. You can either pay the balance with PayPal, your Credit/Debit Card or by a BACS transfer. There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £500 which must be paid at this stage. Assuming no damage has occurred, this will be refunded 3 days after departure. (When you leave the Villa, the Housekeeper will conduct a damages check and let you know immediately if there are any issues). If any alternative payment arrangement is required, please email us
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit or credit cards subject to authorisation. Unlike most villas, we do not currently pass on the surcharge levied for taking MasterCard, VISA credit or American Express credit card payments. There is also the option of paying by monthly/quarterly instalments if you so wish. This is easily arranged by Standing Order-please ask for details.
What happens if I need to I cancel?
Sometimes the unexpected happens. We strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to fully reimburse any loss incurred should you need to cancel or curtail your stay. Villa Luxe cancellation and refund policy is:

What information will you need?
Initially to book we simply need details of the lead booker (your full name, address, current email plus mobile and a landline contact number) and the number of guests in the group. Then, no later than 3 days before arrival, for insurance purposes we will need you to:
Can you accommodate infants/babies?
We can readily make up to two single beds available. Just remember to complete the name and age of any infants and indicate any bed requirement in the Special Requests box on the booking form. A cot can be provided FOC on request.
Can you provide extra beds?
Villa Luxe sleeps a maximum of 10, in a choice of single or double bed configurations. Although no additional beds can be provided, if you would like to arrange further accommodation near to Villa Luxe call us. Our concierge service has excellent local contacts.
Can I pre-order some grocery essentials?
Absolutely! Simply list us what you require in the Special Request box during the booking process. The housekeeping team will ensure everything you order – including any fresh, local produce - is waiting for you in the villa kitchen, fridge or freezer. Grocery purchases are simply charged at cost to your card.

Is the Villa Luxe pool area safe for children?
Guests will love our private pool. But no pool area is ever safe for children UNLESS they are constantly monitored by at least one responsible adult. Please understand your duty of care before booking ANY pool villa – not just Villa Luxe. Remember wet raised poolside surfaces can be slippery. Do not let children run or jump on this surface. Although Villa Luxe has an extensive non-slip deck, we can accept no responsibility whatsoever for accidents to adults or children, howsoever caused.
What is the nearest Airport? And how far is the villa?
Malaga Airport - the journey time by car to Villa Luxe is around 40 minutes.
Can you meet us at the airport and take us to the villa?
We offer airport transport by car or minibus if required. We will book one of our trusted English-speaking taxi drivers to meet your party in arrivals and transfer you to Villa Luxe. Similarly, we can manage your transfer back to the airport on departure. Please indicate your requirements, including flight details/times, in the Special Requirements field when booking. Transfer costs are detailed on the booking form and charged to your card.
When can I arrive? When must I depart?
On your check-in day you may arrive at Villa Luxe at a pre-agreed time: please indicate your ETA when booking and call us if you expect to be delayed. Our manager or villa representative will be on-site to greet you. On your check-out day, you must be ready to meet the villa manager for a villa inspection before departing by 11am. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to vary these times slightly with sufficient prior notice. Use the Special Requirements field for any request when booking.
When is my security deposit refunded?
Assuming there is no damage, once the villa has been inspected and cleaned, your deposit, (less any cost for extra services ordered), will be credited to the payment card used to book – typically within 24 hrs. Any cost/fee is quoted to you in advance and charged to your card on departure. Simply indicate your interests in the Special Requests section when booking or contact the villa manager/representative on arrival.
When does the maid visit?
The maid will visit Villa Luxe mid stay, usually between 9am and 12am to clean, tidy and change linen. This service is mandatory and costs 50 euros. We will notify the day on arrival. Should you require more frequent visits, we can provide assistance based on 12 euros hour. . The final clean and service on your departure is included in your rental price

Please refer to it on arrival in order to get the very best from your holiday.
Is there decent Wi-Fi?
Yes. Our secure, fast Wi-Fi is included in your booking. Connectivity is excellent downstairs and good in most upstairs rooms. Skype typically works well and media streaming is smooth. Login details are provided on arrival. Note this facility is provided in good faith and, if abused, may be suspended at any time. We reserve the right to report any illegal or inappropriate activity on our network to the appropriate authorities.
Is there good mobile reception?
Yes. There is good coverage by major local mobile networks that your UK phone should be able to roam to.
What home entertainment equipment is provided?
In the lounge you can relax in front of a LG 50” smart TV with sound bar. We also offer 200 satellite channels, Netflix HD, BT Sports, & IP TV streams plus a sound system. Satellite channels are available on the flat screen TVs installed in all the bedrooms and the Cabaña studio.
What’s in the garden?
The garden area is completely private with Mediterranean planting and subtle screening. Around the pool an extensive deck offers luxury hotel sun loungers with parasols and generous al-fresco family dining facilities. In addition to the outdoor pool shower, the Cabaña studio also provides a convenient pool house and indoor shower. At night, the pool and garden are bathed in dramatic mood lighting.
What’s the pool like? Is it heated?
Our infinity-style solar-heated pool is 12m long, with a family-friendly depth gradient from 1.25m-1.35m. It also boasts a resistance flow current feature for any swim training enthusiasts! During the sunny summer months the solar heating easily maintains the ideal pool temperature. During the winter months (October-April) the pool can, if required, be heated further by the heat pump by prior arrangement. To request additional pool heating, either during winter or summer, ask when booking online or speak to the villa manager.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. There’s everything you would expect to entertain comfortably including ample storage, utensils and high-end appliances.
Are there things like a hairdryer, iron and ironing board?
Absolutely! We’ve equipped Villa Luxe to be a home from home.
Do I need mains socket adaptors for my UK devices like phone chargers?
Yes, you will need UK 3-pin to continental 2-pin mains adaptors. The villa has 2-pin continental sockets providing the normal 230V, 50hz mains current.
Can I park off road?
Yes, there’s private off-road parking for two guest vehicles at Villa Luxe.
Is the villa secure?
Yes. We operate automated CCTV monitoring outside the villa frontage. Villa access is via a digital entry code system with a unique PIN issued for every stay (no keys to lose!). All ground floor windows have integrated electronically operated retractable roller blinds for added security and shade.
Villa Luxe is in a quiet, private residential enclave; several local amenities are all within easy walking distance:
